On December 31, 2025, Shandong Shengbao's 2025 annual work review and awards ceremony was grandly held. All colleagues gathered together to look back on a year of development and share the joy of a rewarding harvest, setting out together on a new journey of growth with reform and innovation as our sail and perseverance as our oar.

In 2025, all Shengbao people faced a complex environment and fierce competition head-on, tackled difficulties and forged ahead with determination, and overfulfilled the core business targets set by headquarters, with highlights across every business division, the manufacturing department and the support functions. Key breakthroughs were achieved in technology, production and quality, while marketing, procurement, human resources and other departments worked in coordination to build a strong team that dares to fight hard battles and can win them. At the same time, we are clear-eyed about our shortcomings in technological innovation, organizational coordination and the talent pipeline. In 2026, the company will focus on six major strategies: innovation-driven growth, operational excellence, risk control, talent development, market expansion and the upgrading of the "Four Modernizations" system, while implementing the "thirteen" action guidelines.
